Returns & Refunds policy

Because every piece at Cliff Made is handmade and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to changes of mind.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to determine a resolution, which may include a replacement (if possible), partial refund, or full refund at our discretion.

We are not responsible for items damaged due to misuse after delivery.
